"It goes without saying, moving house can be one of the most stressful experiences. However, from the very beginning – from viewing the property at a very early stage through to completion the whole process was simple, efficient, friendly, and extremely well managed.
We first visited the site when the property was still just a shell. We were greeted by Simon and it quickly became clear that the friendly and accommodating approach of the team was going to make the whole experience an engaging one.
We had the opportunity to make interior changes following a meeting with Jamie-Leigh. Even when we changed our minds and wanted to adjust a few things, nothing was ever too much trouble.
Throughout the build we were kept up to date with progress and completion timescales, and we were invited to several site visits, which were always very welcoming.
The quality of the build is exceptional, both externally and internally. The standard of the fixtures and fittings installed throughout the home is of a very high quality.
Following completion, there were only five minor snagging items, which really demonstrates the attention to detail and care taken before handover.
We have been in the property for 6 months now and have had no issue which again paints a picture of the quality of the build.
Having spent 38 years working in a service industry myself, the most important thing for me personally is the after-service. I’m pleased to say this has been nothing short of outstanding.
